Matte liquid lipsticks can be drying! So one must ensure well moisturised lips before application.
Take the application wand out and wipe as much product off of the applicator as possible. Less is more! Glide a stroke starting from the center of your upper lips to the outward corners. Repeat the same for the lower lip. Smack your lips together for a perfect pout.
